What type of signage do you sell?

We specialize in the NYC market for construction and building management. We have most common signs in stock. We also do custom signs in any size, in plastic or aluminum. Additionally, we do custom engraving, in any color.

I submitted a custom sign request. What can I expect?

You’ll receive a confirmation and proof within a couple of hours. Once that’s approved, it’ll go right to production and delivery.

How do your deliveries work?

Bigger signs, (typically construction) can be sent by messenger directly to your job site or office. Smaller packages are shipped via UPS.
Want to know when you’ll have it?
Stock signs are packed and shipped same day to next day. If it’s custom, it’ll usually be just a couple of business days. Yeah, we’re fast!

Do I qualify for free shipping?

If your order is more than $500, you’ll qualify for free shipping.
Below that, there’s a flat rate of $14.99, no difference if it’s shipped to an office or job site.

What about hanging up the signs?

No worries, our team specializes in hanging up your signage at the job site at no additional cost!

What's your return policy?

Custom items always have a proof file sent before production. Once the proof is approved, we are unable to offer refunds.
Stock can items can be returned within 5 days of delivery, however the delivery fee cannot be refunded.

Can I set up an account for repeat ordering without using a credit card each time?

Sure! we can set up Net 15 and Net 30 accounts. Reach out to us to discuss.

There’s a sign on the website made in one material, can I order the same item in a different material? And can I order a stock item but with different wording?

Of course! Use the “request quote” option and write in the note what material you want it in, or what words you want changed.

Can I get a custom quote through the website?

Yes. Below the credit card option at checkout, you’ll find an option to request a quote. Click that, and we’ll reach out with our best offer.

Do you do blueprint printing?
