Vacant Lots (§254-21.8)
Except for owners defined in §254-21.4(B) and (C), a sign must be posted on the fence as required by §254-21.8(2). The sign must:
Be conspicuously placed, weatherproof, and maintained in good repair.
Measure 3′ × 5′ with black lettering on a white background (letters must be 1″ in height).
Include the following information:
Lot street address.
Owner’s name.
For corporate entities: the name of the in-state registered agent and a partner or corporate officer if applicable.
Owner’s telephone number (or the registered agent’s number for corporate entities).
Maintenance company name, email address, and telephone number.
